About Us

NuWire Electrical Solutions was established in December 2020; a family business headed up by husband and wife team Lee and Sophie Cornish-Pearce. Lee is a qualified Electrician with over 18 years experience in the electrical industry, and Sophie comes from a wide background of Customer Services experience working for a number of large blue-chip companies. 

We are a NAPIT Approved electrical company based in Gloucester that will cover a wide range of electrical work. No job is too big or too small. We cater for our customers needs, and we will always complete our work to the highest industry standards and will always be competitively priced. 

Lee started his career in 2003 as an apprentice electrician. Since then, he has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in the electrical industry. He has taken a lead role on large electrical projects such as being assigned the lead electrical inspector at The Princess Royal Grand Stand at Cheltenham racecourse which was completed in 2015. Most recently Lee has been working as an Electrical Lecturer at a local training college, passing on his many years of knowledge and experience to new apprentices and experienced electricians looking to further develop their knowledge.

Lee decided to make the move back to 'on-site' work as that is where his heart lies, and from there NuWire was born. 

Most recently in 2022, Gary has joined the NuWire team having wanted to make the move in to the electrical industry. Gary joined the NuWire team starting his electrical apprenticeship with NuWire bringing a wealth of experience from his managerial position previously, quality customer  service and his cheeky personality. We look forward to supporting Gary through his apprenticeship to becoming a fully qualified electrician.
